It is a hotel accommodation facility in the heart of Rome, able to reduce CO2 emissions
by reducing consumption.
Thanks to the high thermicity of the chosen materials and to a
high conformation, the solar chimney creates a pressure difference that generates a
pleasant passive cooling system in the summer period.
Through the automated management of the valves, the solar greenhouse, with its
accumulation surfaces, create both substantial insulation with the underlying floor, and
heat exchange capable of raising the temperature of different degrees of each
connected environments.
