A  brewery conversion in a  grade listed building in a conservation area,  located in Tweedmouth.

The client, asked for a conversion in a educational building, able to supply to the lack of services in whole area.

The challenge was suit a modern college with rooms, common spaces and offices, in a old and so charming building, with different floor levels.

The building regulation in a constricted, old,  building allowed us to challenge our design skills and helped to create an interesting and an inspiring  space for students, full of voids, and bridges.
The colorful structure is easily recognizable to distinguish the old from the new.
