The client wanted to revamp his large apartment to launch onto the market and create
two, two-room apartments complete with every comfort with a small common hallway.
Objective: To transform an 85 sqm apartment into two smaller units. While each sharing a modern style, are differentiated by small details but still able to maintain character and uniqueness:
the first, an industrial style, with more “sharp” and elegant shades;
the second, buoyant and artistic, with flashes intense colour. The budget of € 35,000 (furniture included) was an exciting challenge for design and seeking out unique pieces of furniture or ideas.
