Location: Swansea is a coastal city at the mouth of the Tawe River in Wales. It grew extensively in the 19th century following the discovery of coal and the opening of the railway to deliver coal to the Swansea Docklands. Since the demise of coal mining in the 1930s, the city center has been in slow decline.
Part of the bigger master plan ( designed by ACME ) and supported by £130 ml city deal the Swansea hotel has been designed in collaboration with THAA architect based in UK.
The intention was to create a luxury interior spaces related by a WOW factor.
The luxury bronze gold drives the external core into the internal space matching with Royal red ( for the ground floor) and the pure white for the higher floors.
With over than 159 rooms, bars, and restaurants, the hotel has more than 7000 Square meters interconnected by voids, bridges and double high spaces. To give the flavor of the magnificent space around the customer.
